Who made this

I know what it's like to feel small

There was a time in my life when I felt completely lost, trying to keep up with a world that never slows down for personal battles. I struggled with depression, low self-confidence, and the quiet but overwhelming weight of food anxiety.

I was underweight, under-eating, and disconnected from my body — constantly feeling like I wasn't enough. Fitness wasn't something I was naturally confident in. It became my anchor.

Through slowly changing my habits, learning to nourish my body without fear, rebuilding my strength, and prioritising my mental health, I began to rediscover who I was and who I wanted to become.

Questions

Do I need a gym membership?

Yes. This program uses barbells, cables, and machines — hip thrusts, RDLs, leg press, lat pulldowns. If you're training at home without that equipment, this isn't the right fit yet.

I've never lifted before. Is this too advanced?

Every exercise comes with form cues, and the Gym Confidence Guide exists specifically for this. The program is built on fundamentals — hip thrusts, squats, RDLs — not complicated movements. Start light and progress from there.

How long are the workouts?

Four days a week, roughly 45–70 minutes including a 5–7 minute warm-up and at least 10 minutes of cardio. Busy Girl Support covers how to compress that when your week doesn't cooperate.

What do I actually get?
